We are an owner-operated local Sarasota company, with all home inspections and home watch services provided by us.  

Fully insured and bonded, our goal is to keep your home safe and well maintained, while you are away, with the comfort of knowing that we are protecting your Sarasota area Florida treasures. We can provide daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly inspections, with a full service line to meet your specific needs.

Exterior of Home

• Perimeter inspection
• Check for signs of vandalism or intrusion
  
• Check landscaping, pool maintenance, irrigation and pest control regiments
  
• Remove any flyers, junk mail, newspapers and mail for your driveway or entrance way.
  
• Check and maintain exterior lights.
  
• Secure your home and windows for storms and provide post-storm inspection.​

Interior of Home

• Bring in mail
• Check A/C and thermostat
• Run all taps in sinks, tubs and showers
• Draw window treatments/blinds
• Check all areas of the home for pests/rodents
• Check for leaks
• Flush toilets
• Test smoke detectors
• Turn lights on and off if not on timers
• Water indoor plants

Garage

• Retrieve trash cans
• Check for security of doors and windows
• Check water heater
• Check lawn irrigation timer
• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
• Start and idle cars

Concierge Services

• Accept deliveries or shipments
• Act as primary security contact for alarm company
• Facilitate service personnel - upon approval
• Place trash cans at the curb on appropriate days
• Airport transportation
